How to get there in Kawasan Falls?
There are many route to reach Kawasan Falls. I’ve been to this amazing water falls 4 times and tried 3 routes of reaching the falls(based on my personal experience). First, was from my parents place at Lengigon Argao to Kawasan Falls. That was a family trip and a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes only by private car travel and I tried this route twice already. Second, was very adventurous and exciting trek of 6 to 8 hours from the famous mountain of Osmeña Peak Mantalongon Dalaguete to Kawasan Falls. If you use this route trekking you will first reached the 3rd stage of the water falls. Third, route was 3 hours and 19 minutes from Cebu City south bus terminal riding the Ceres(yellow bus). It’s very important that you will catch the bus with the sign Bato via Barili. If you are not sure which bus to catch just ask the Security guard at South Bus Terminal. And when you get into the bus just ask the conductor(fare collector) to give you a heads up when arriving at Kawasan Falls. Bus fare is PHP 150.00 and Kawasan Entrance Fee is PHP 40.00 (fare & fee year 2017).
Accommodation in Kawasan Falls
Heading back to our car I’ve heard from my sister that there is accommodation within Kawasan falls. But not quite sure of this. If want to spend more days in Kawasan falls it’s reasonable to book your accommodation before coming. Just Google accommodation at Kawasan falls and there are plenty of results that you can choose from.
Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls
If you are adventurous person you will love the Canyoning or Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls. I have not tried this extreme adventure but love to try before getting aged.
